Vice President, Custom Solutions

Ida Chacon is the Vice President of Custom Solutions. In this role, Ida partners with a team of experts that work with almost 100 corporate clients to develop customized strategy and marketing solutions. She works within the custom research and consulting practice.

Ida has more than 18 years of experience in multicultural marketing and brand management. Prior to joining Collage, she led Procter & Gamble’s Center of Expertise, where she defined and deployed P&G’s overall ethnic strategy, managed creative advertising agency relationships, and consulted on specific brands and projects.

A noted speaker, Ida has given presentations across the country on a variety of multicultural topics including total market strategies, the bicultural consumer, the role of language, and multicultural millennials. In whatever she does, she adds her Puerto Rican flair and experiences as a mother of two, to help clients understand and get under the skin of this important consumer demographic.

Ida holds a B.A. from the University of Puerto Rico and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.

Dan serves as Collage Group’s VP of Finance & Operations. Prior to the Collage Group, Dan held analytical & financial leadership roles at Hanley Wood, Hobsons, and Winsight. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia (B.A.) and the College of William and Mary (M.B.A.).

Vice President, Technology & Engineering

Allan serves as Chief Technologist and is in charge of building Latinum’s SaaS products, digital platform, and tools. Prior to joining Latinum, Allan was an 11-year veteran of OPNET/Riverbed, where he was Vice President of Engineering and Engineering Operations. He is a graduate of Cornell University. Allan joined in 2015.

Chief Revenue Officer

Jennifer serves as Collage Group’s Chief Revenue Officer. Her focus is on building strong and lasting relationships with the best companies and brands. Her work involves the acquisition of new members across a variety of industries, but also the expansion of our existing member engagements through new products and services. Prior to Collage Group, Jennifer served as the Chief Revenue Officer of a quickly growing research firm where she managed both the sales and account management functions. She spent her early professional years at The Advisory Board Company in a variety of roles to ensure the continued success of their research, consulting, and technology practices. Jennifer has two Bachelors from Virginia Tech and continued her education by attending The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She joined in 2016.

SVP, Products & Research

Andy is the senior vice president of Products & Research. Since joining the leadership team, he has spearheaded the creation of nearly all the products at the company. A passionate lifelong learner, he believes that the best ideas come from expanding horizons across art, science, mathematics, popular culture—you name it. With this in mind, he’s always telling his colleagues about new books to read, software languages to learn, and MOOCs to take, which hopefully make their lives richer and their work more meaningful! Prior to Collage Group, Andy led the Analytics Practice Area at MarketBridge, where he started his career as an analyst. Andy holds a B.A. from Colgate University magna cum laude and an M.B.A. from NYU-Stern with distinction. He joined in 2010.

David is co-founder and CEO of Collage Group, previously known as the Latinum Network. From its inception in 2009, the company has grown to serve nearly 100 leading corporations, 230+ consumer brands, in 16 different industries. David is passionate about entrepreneurship and company building.
Prior to Collage Group, he was the founder, vice president and general manager of AOL Latino, AOL’s Hispanic service. He was responsible for the entire operation, including overseeing programming, product development, customer service, brand and acquisition marketing, strategy and business development. At its peak, AOL Latino produced $130MM in revenue from subscriptions and advertising. David was also Executive Director of strategy at AOL’s web properties. Before AOL, he worked in private equity at Allied Capital and strategic consulting at Gemini Consulting. Originally from Ecuador, David holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Currently, he sits on the Board of Trustees for Georgetown Day School in Washington, D.C. David is also a member of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Young President’s Organization. David is married, has three awesome kids, and currently lives in DC.
